Medrad公司研制出1.5特斯拉高清晰度队列线圈

 
一种1.5特斯拉、高清晰度神经血管队列线圈已经研制成功，能够支持hypertronics连接器，从而能够充分利用Sigma公司的1.5T Excite HDMR (核磁共振)影像技术，这种产品是由Electric健康保健公司研制开发的。

这种线圈是由Medrad公司研制开发，将通过GE医疗保健公司独家出售。这种队列线圈已经被设计评估，在头部、颈部、脊柱颈端和上侧胸部都可以产生质量优越的影像。

GE医疗保健公司核磁共振研究合作部总经理Michael Wood说：“这种用于Excite HDMR的1.5T HD神经血管队列线圈，能够产生卓越的影像质量，具有最高的信－噪比以及影像均一性，这在我们对大脑和头颈部脉管系统成像时常常会遇到困难。”而且，这种线圈支持新型开放结构，具有绕轴旋转的前部踏板为患者提供最大的舒适度。

MR Neurovascular Array Coil
 
A 1.5-Telsa, high definition (HD) neurovascular array coil has been developed that supports a hypertronics connector to fully utilize the benefits of the Sigma 1.5T Excite HDMR (magnetic resonance) imaging system technology, developed by General Electric Healthcare (Waukesha, WI, USA).

The coil was developed by Medrad, Inc. (Indianola, PA, USA) and will be sold exclusively through GE Healthcare. The array coil has been designed and evaluated to provide excellent image quality in the head, neck, cervical spine, and upper chest.

“The 1.5T HD neurovascular array coil for GE Excite HDMR systems enables outstanding image quality with the highest signal-to-noise and uniformity that we have encountered for imaging of the brain and the vasculature in the head and neck,” said Michael Wood, general manager, MR Research Collaboration, GE Healthcare. Furthermore, the coil supports a novel open architecture with a pivoting anterior paddle to provide full patient comfort.
