常见原发性小肠肉瘤的MSCT诊断和鉴别诊断

【摘要】 目的：分析42例常见小肠肉瘤MSCT征象，探讨其诊断及鉴别诊断价值 。方法： 42例中38例做增强扫描。结果：小肠平滑肌肉瘤8例，间质肉瘤13例，原发性小肠淋巴肉瘤21例。CT扫描均诊断为原发性小肠肿瘤，定位诊断符合率为100%（42/42）；平滑肌肉瘤呈腔内或腔内外软组织肿块；间质肉瘤主要表现为腔外不规则肿块，肿块内常伴多发性低密度影；淋巴肉瘤表现为明显的肠壁增厚或肠腔内外息肉状肿块。结论：MSCT可明确小肠肉瘤的部位和范围，病灶与周围结构的关系，定位诊断正确，是诊断及鉴别诊断较有价值的方法。

Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Intestinal Sarcoma with Multi-slice CT

Abstract Objective To investgate value of multi-slice CT in diagnosing common small intestinal sarcoma. Methods Imaging findings of multi-slice CT in 42 cases with small intestinal sarcoma were analyzed. Plain CT scanning was performed in all 42 cases and enhancement in 38 cases. Results The tumor included leiomyosarcoma in 8 cases, mesenchymosarcoma in 13 cases and primary small intestinal lymphoma in 21 cases. CT scans confirmed primary small intestinal tumors,with an accuracy of 100%(42/42) in the determination of the location.The main signs of CT scans included intra or both intra-and extra-luminal soft tissue mass in leiomyosarcoma; extra-luminal irregular masses and multiple areas of low density in mesenchymosarcoma; bowel-wall thickening or luminal polypoid mass in lymphoma. Conclusion Multi-slice CT could show intestinal sarcoma clearly and its relation with other organs. It is the major imaging method of the location and is also very helpful in diagnosisand differentiating diagnosis.
