低场强MRI对肝脏挫裂伤的诊断

【摘要】 目的 探讨肝脏挫裂伤的MRI诊断价值。方法 回顾分析我院MRI诊断为肝脏挫裂伤的病例27例，外科手术证实3例。结果 肝脏包膜下血肿5例，肝脏实质挫伤21例，肝脏挫裂伤并肝脏内血肿1例。结论 MRI是诊断肝脏挫裂伤最好的方法，特别是轻微的肝脏实质内挫裂伤，明显优于超声和CT。

Abstract: Objective Toevaluate the MRI diggnostio value of hepatic blunt trauma. Methoda To retrospectively analyze the MRI hepatic blunt trauma in 27 cases,three cases were comfirmed by operation. Resules Hepatic of subcapsular hematoma in 5 cases,hepatic lobar tissue destruction in 21 cases,hepatic contusion and hepatic hematoma in 1cases. Conclusion MRI diagnosis of liver laceration is the best way,Especially minor hepatic parenchymal contusion,was superior to CT and ultrasound.
