监测胰腺癌病情的新方法

一种新的检测方法测定人血清或者血浆中的1116-NS-19-9抗原，检测结果可以用于监测胰腺癌患者的病情。

该检测方法用于Vitros的ECi和ECiQ免疫诊断系统，CA19-9检测方法是由Ortho-Clinical诊断公司(Raritan, NJ, USA)研制开发的。根据已经发表的文献，CA 19-9水平持续增高与治疗无效、疾病恶化密切相关，而水平下降表示治疗有效。

这套免疫诊断系统使用了具有知识产权的增强化学发光检测技术，能够增加检测性能，检测范围、精确性和敏感性都大大提高。ECi和ECiQ系统还使用Intellicheck技术来验证自动样本处理和检测过程，增加了结果的完整性和安全性。

Assay for Monitoring Pancreatic Cancer
 
A new assay measures the 1116-NS-19-9 defined antigen in human serum or plasma, and the results can be used to monitor the status of patients with pancreatic cancer.

Designed for use on the Vitros ECi and ECiQ immunodiagnostic systems, the CA19-9 assay was developed by Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics (Raritan, NJ, USA). According to published literature, steadily increasing CA 19-9 assay levels may be correlated with ineffective therapy and progressive malignancy, while decreasing levels may indicate a response to effective therapy.

The immunodiagnostic system uses proprietary enhanced chemiluminescence detection technology, which provides good assay performance, including wide dynamic ranges, precision, and sensitivity. The ECi and ECiQ systems also use Intellicheck technology to verify diagnostic checks throughout automated sample and assay processing, which increases the integrity and security of patient results.
